The story
GLB Optimizer compresses 3D models in GLB format by applying Draco, with size reductions of up to 90%. It exists as a web tool and as a desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Stack
Core in Node.js with Express and glTF Transform + Draco3D for compression. The desktop version runs on Electron and is distributed through GitHub Releases; licensing with Keygen. Here I connect my 3D background directly to a sellable product.
