Problem
Urban accessibility information in Madrid is scattered across open datasets that ordinary people can't easily query.
What it does
A conversational AI assistant that answers accessibility questions about the city from open public data, built as a candidacy for the city's open-data reuse awards.
Stack
PostGIS, PostgreSQL full-text search, Claude tool-use, Neon, Vercel, plus a security-hardening layer. No vector database, deliberately.

Problem
Experiential-leisure spaces run bookings, customers and operations across disconnected tools, and franchises have no shared system.
What it does
A B2B SaaS that runs experiential-leisure spaces end to end: bookings and experience management, profitability per experience, per-tenant billing with Stripe Connect, calendar and notifications, and multi-location franchise management.
Stack
React, TypeScript, Express.js, PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM, Stripe Billing and Connect.

Problem
Small consultancies drown in coordination overhead that larger firms solve with headcount.
What it does
A central system that coordinates a set of specialist AI agents, each one handling an area of the firm, so a small team stays in sync without the fragile custom code that usually breaks.

Problem
Construction decisions and technical documentation are slow, manual and expensive to get right.
What it does
Landia, which turns the cadastral reference of a plot of land into a land-investment dossier (what can be built on it, whether it meets local planning rules, and a financial read across three scenarios) to support land-acquisition decisions, plus an automated technical-documentation factory.

Problem
Experiential-leisure venues juggle bookings, safety, staff and unit economics across disconnected tools, and a franchise has no shared system to see what happens across locations.
What it does
An experiential-leisure business built around rage rooms, live in Granada and expanding by franchise to other cities. Running it day to day is what exposed the operational problem I then built Spacioos to solve.

A physical venue and a franchise model, standard operating procedures, and the software it spawned (Spacioos).

Problem
Real-estate offices and studios need to show a space before it exists, but traditional rendering takes days and a specialist.
What it does
A tool that turns a floor plan into photorealistic renders with generative AI in minutes, with two AI providers so you can pick the best result, an interactive overlay on the plan, material presets and an iterative gallery.

React, TypeScript, Supabase, Zustand, Gemini and FAL.ai.

VivaClaw

Problem
Running your own AI assistant means renting servers and wiring up infrastructure, which puts it out of reach for non-technical people.
What it does
A product that launches your own AI assistant on your own infrastructure in a few clicks: a three-step wizard sets up a real server, you bring your own AI key, connect it to Telegram or Discord, and pay through Stripe.
Stack
React, TypeScript, Supabase, Stripe, Hetzner Cloud, Cloudflare.

GLB Optimizer

Problem
3D models in GLB format are often too heavy to load smoothly on the web.
What it does
A tool that compresses GLB 3D models by up to 90% with Draco, available as a web app and as a desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux, with drag and drop and files up to 500 MB.

From my lab

Smaller things I've built with AI, mostly with Claude, and put online to use. They're where I test ideas about 3D, generative design, and what a single person can ship now.

Shape the line

Draw a 2D profile on a canvas and it becomes a functional 3D model by axial revolution, like a CAD operation with the simplicity of a website, with STL export so you can send it to a 3D printer. Built on Three.js.

Turns any image into geometric art, with controls for the shape, circles, squares, triangles, hexagons or stars, plus colors, masks and distortions, and no design or coding skills needed.

The through-line

The form changes, the hard part doesn't

I'm a partner and head of innovation at Wise Build, where I lead AI. Around that, I've started a lot of things. Some sold. Some failed, WannaParty among them, and those taught me more than the wins. I've run healthcare-infrastructure construction projects in Mozambique, Ghana and the Caribbean. I opened Break & Joy, a rage-room business, and built its software. And over the last two years I've gone from using the best AI models to shipping real products on top of them.

Wildly different things. But the hard part is always the same one: getting people to actually adopt it. Not the demo. The day after the demo, and the month after that. Hardest of all inside slow, complex, heavily regulated places, where almost anything new goes to die.

What carries across all of it is a feel for the problems that live between fields, the ones you crack by spotting patterns and connecting ideas nobody had put together. It's why I can be credible with an engineering team and a board on the same afternoon. Creativity is probably my best gift. Adoption is where it pays off.

How I work

Where technology, business and creativity meet

Most people live in one of the three worlds. I work where they meet, as comfortable explaining how something is built to an engineering team as making the business case to a board, and without ever dropping the design eye. That intersection, technology, business and creativity, is where innovation happens and where technology finally gets adopted. AI is one of those pieces today, not the whole story.

Find the angle no one else sees

Before building anything, the problem. I connect ideas from fields that don't talk to each other and find the creative angle that turns something tangled into something simple and doable. It's the part I'm best at.

Build it end to end

From idea to first customers, I design and ship it, whether a digital product, an AI tool or the software a business runs on, with AI where it earns its place and the plumbing to charge from day one.

Get it adopted, and earning

I take it to market and, above all, get a team to keep using it long after the demo, until it turns into real adoption and revenue, even in the slow, regulated rooms where that is hardest.

I take on a handful of projects a year, when the problem is the right fit.
